- Roleplaying shooting another player and dictating the result (e.g., stating that the player dies as a result).

- Modifying a vehicle using a garage or mechanic script without fully roleplaying the mechanic interaction and work being performed.
- Claiming items are inside a vehicle when they have not been placed there scriptly.
What is on your character is on your character. What is in your vehicle must be stored scriptly. - Initiating script-based actions against another player without prior roleplay, including but not limited to:
- Stealing vehicles
- Initiating fights or brawls
- Forcing restraints or interactions
- Once the initiation has been roleplayed, the action may continue through scripts.
Example:
If you wish to attack another character, you must roleplay your attempt first. After initiation, you may continue the interaction using scripts.
- Script actions that automatically display roleplay text via /ame do not require additional roleplay unless otherwise stated in the rules (e.g., scrolling weapons).
- Tackling another player using scripts must be roleplayed after the action occurs (e.g., both characters on the ground).

- CCTV footage may identify players only if they are not masked.
- Gloves must be equipped using /gloves (or a torso preset with gloves) to be considered worn in-character.

- If you are placed into Wounded Modewithout a headshot, your character may survive if sufficient medical treatment is received within a reasonable and realistic timeframe.
- If you are forced into Death Mode, but your character was able to receive medical attention and/or be transported to a hospital within a reasonable timeframe, you may submit a /report for an administrator to determine whether your character survives or is pronounced deceased.
- If you are placed into Wounded Mode as a result of a headshot, your character will be permanently killed (PK) with no possibility of survival.
- If you are placed into Death Mode due to any injuries, your character is permanently killed (PK).
- If your character is not placed into Wounded Mode or Death Mode, but you are roleplaying injuries that are realistically fatal, your character may be character killed (CK) at administrator discretion.

Risk Assessment & Realistic Decision-Making:
- While traditional “Fear Roleplay” rules have been abolished, players are still expected to act realistically and properly assess risk in all situations.
- Characters must weigh consequences before acting.
In situations where a character is clearly at a disadvantage—such as being held at gunpoint by multiple individuals, being pursued by several law enforcement officers, or facing overwhelming odds—players are expected to behave in a way that reflects realistic self-preservation. - Reckless behavior without strong in-character justification, including but not limited to:
- Scrolling or drawing weapons while outnumbered
- Suicide-by-cop scenarios
- Ignoring clear and immediate threats
will be considered a voluntary high-risk decision by the player.
- If a player chooses to “take their chances” in these situations, they must accept the outcome.
Should the risk fail and the character die, the character will most likely be Character Killed (CK’d) with no right to appeal, at the discretion of the handling administrator. - Players who repeatedly engage in reckless, unrealistic, or high-risk behavior across multiple characters may face administrative action, up to and including character wipes, restrictions, or removal from the server.
Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, admin jails, temporary bans, from Union Heights Roleplay: { Class A - Class C }

Deathmatching;
- Killing another player without valid roleplay justification, or with poor or insufficient reasoning, is strictly prohibited.
- Provoking other players with the intent to escalate into violence and then engaging in aggressive actions—such as shooting or killing—or causing the provoked party to be killed, is considered deathmatching.
- Violence must always be a last resort and proportionate to the situation. Escalation must be realistic and justified through roleplay.
- You may only intentionally strike or run over another player when your character’s life is in immediate danger.
- Using a vehicle as a weapon must not be excessive or repeatedly abused.
- Vehicles may be used at low speeds (approximately 20 mph) to stun or ram a player on foot or on a bicycle only by roleplaying the act of opening a door to strike them.
Simply clipping or ramming without roleplay is prohibited. - Murdering a member of law enforcement is only permittedwhen:
- There is an active and immediate threat to life, or
- There is clear and indisputable evidence that compliance will result in death or serious, extended imprisonment (e.g. confirmed life sentence-level charges).

Robbery & Scamming:

- Using out-of-character knowledge (such as knowing where someone lives, what weapons they have, or their wealth) to initiate a robbery is strictly prohibited and considered metagaming.
- You may not kill a player during a robbery unless the victim’s actions directly cause escalation (e.g., drawing a weapon, attacking, or attempting to flee after clear threats).
- Players may only tell another player to “put your hands up” or “don’t move” if the intent is to rob, not to execute or immediately kill them.

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, admin jails, temporary bans, or permanent removal from Union Heights Roleplay: { Class A - Class D } Or Removal From Union Heights
Crime Zone Restrictions:
- To promote a more realistic roleplay environment, several areas of the map have restricted levels of crime. These locations would realistically have high police or security presence, heavy CCTV coverage, or high population and traffic density. Examples include patrol stations, airports, subways, downtown areas, tourist locations, and major intersections.
- For the purposes of this rule, roleplay is considered “initiated” once the victim could reasonably be aware of the attacker’s presence or begins reacting to it.
Once roleplay has been initiated, the victim may not intentionally enter a No Crime Zoneand expect protection under these rules. - Any area where scamming or asportation (transporting a person to scam them) may not occur without prior administrative approval via /report.
- Other crimes in Restricted Crime Zones—especially highly visible crimes such as shootings—are held to a much higher justification standard.
- The burden is on the initiating player to prove:
- The situation could not reasonably be moved to a safer location, or
- Immediate action was necessary due to pressing circumstances
- No other crimes are automatically prohibited unless stated, but scrutiny will be significantly higher.
- Exception:
Restricted Crime Zone rules do not apply to scripted illegal factions with a legitimate historical and in-character claim to an area (e.g. gangs operating within their own neighborhoods or realistically adjacent areas). This must not be done excessively and remains subject to staff discretion. - Any area not covered by No Crime or Restricted Crime definitions results in a neutral zone.
