As a staff member, your role is to help keep the server running smoothly and professionally. This includes handling in-game reports before escalating them, responding to forum requests such as support tickets, ban appeals, and bug reports, and ensuring Discord channels are used correctly and respectfully. Staff are also expected to report bugs to Management and Developers, assist with testing new updates, maps, and content, and maintain a calm, fair, and mature attitude at all times. These responsibilities are closely reviewed when considering promotions.
